Beach-house restoration.
This house was in disrepair in 2018 when we took over management of it. From years of being used as a staff-house for the neighboring Aqua Resort with whom it shares and entryway, to exposure to the harsh environments of strong sun, wind and rains… The house is now in tip-top condition and being rented on Airbnb.
Carpentry.
We have restored all of the original woodwork both internally and externally at this beach-side getaway. The house is a large, 4-bedroom which can sleep up to 10 people. It is available for short-term rent in the Tola area.
Exterior.
The pool has been restored and the pump replaced, the roof has had leaks fixed and tiles maintained, the exterior has been painted and wood treated. Our team manages the property for the owners who live in the States and visits daily to check all is in order and good repair.
Plumbing, electrics and landscaping.
We have an excellent local team for renovations and repairs. We have upgraded the electrical system, hot-water and air-conditioning and irrigation system alongside completely re-landscaping. The plants we use are coast-hardy and great for erosion. We include lots of edible and medicinal plants in out list as well as natives and ornamentals to attract pollinators.
